Zinc Phosphate Primer
A matte, filling, fast-drying primer based on zinc phosphate pigment. It provides excellent corrosion protection on bare iron and steel surfaces and is ideal for use in manufacturing and construction work. This primer also adheres well to zinc, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and old paint layers. Heat-resistant up to 120°C and resistant to gasoline, chemicals, and weathering.

Application Instructions:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease.
Ideal processing temperature: 15 to 25°C.
Shake the spray can thoroughly for 3 minutes before use.
Spray at a distance of about 25 to 30 cm.
Apply in multiple thin layers.
Shake the can again before applying the next layer.
Allow the primer to cure for 4 hours.
The primer is oversprayable once dry.
After use, hold the spray can upside down and press the nozzle for 5 seconds to clear the valve.
