Industrial fast-drying special primer for pretreatment of alkyd resin, acrylic, or nitro-combi lacquer systems. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has a high filling capacity and is based on a unique resin combination. Ideal for preparing metal, wood, plastic, and many other surfaces for spraying. Offers excellent rust protection, adhesion (on both smooth and porous surfaces), filling properties, and is easy to sand.
Instructions for Use:
Remove rust, sand, and clean the damaged area. If necessary, fill with filler. Ensure the area is clean, dry, free of rust, and grease-free.
Mask off parts that should not be treated.
Shake the spray can for 3 minutes before use.
Apply the next layer within 30 minutes.
Even out sanding marks and porous filler spots by applying multiple thin layers.
Maintain a spraying distance of approximately 25 cm.
After drying (approx. 2-4 hours), wet sand with 600-grit sandpaper, clean, and finish with topcoat.
After use, turn the spray can upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds to clear it.
